Manchester City Library

Award-winning children’s entertainer Judy Pancoast will perform at the West Manchester Community Library, 76 N. Main St., on Saturday, May 16 at 2 PM. Judy has been described as a singer/songwriter who “fills a void between Barney and Britney.” She delights both children and parents with her musical ability, sense of humor and high-energy performance.
