The Manchester City Library Children’s Department invites boys and girls ages 4-10 to a very special party on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 4:00 PM.  Join the Cat in the Hat for stories, crafts, activities and a snack in honor of Dr. Seuss.  “It’s time to make your plans to celebrate with Seuss fans,” so don’t stay in the house and do nothing.  Leave the winter blahs behind and come to the library.  Registration is required.  For further information call Beverly Perreault at 624-6550, ext. 328.
