Starting on Tuesday, December 10, you may run into trouble logging into your hoopla account. Hoopla is updating its authentication process to work more closely with the library’s authentication process. As a result, you might need to update your password.
If you’ve never set up a password for your library card, it is by default the last four digits of whatever phone number we have on file for you. Once you log in, you are free to change your library card password to something more secure. Just make sure your hoopla password matches your library card password.
