Before you start your 4th of July weekend, stop by the Manchester City Library and treat yourself to an hour of patriotic music! The 195th Army Band, based in Bangor, Maine, will honor the city with a performance on the library lawn Friday, July 2nd, from noon to 1 p.m. Listen to your favorite marches and brass band selections from one of the finest reserve component bands on the East Coast. In the event of rain, the concert will be held in the library auditorium.
