Manchester City Library

Start the summer off right, and get ready for all that laid back reading. Here is your chance to stock up on all types of fiction and non-fiction subjects at bargain rates. Manchester City Library will be holding a $5.00 Bag Book Sale on Thursday, June 26th, from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. For $5.00, each person will receive a paper grocery bag. You can stuff the bag with what ever you can fit into it from the materials in the Winchell Room. The library is located at 405 Pine Street, just across from Victory Park and the Farmers’ Market which takes place on Thursday afternoons.

In addition to adult and children books, there will also be musical audiocassettes, videocassettes (fiction and educational), large print books including a good selection of biographies, 33 1/3 Long Playing records and other odds and ends. You just never know what you will find!
