We invite boys and girls of all ages to a very special party. Join the Cat in the Hat for stories, activities and birthday cake in honor of Dr. Seuss. “Too wet to go out and too cold to play ball,” don’t stay in the house and do nothing at all. Leave the winter blahs behind and come to the library.
