The deadline to file 1040A to receive the economic stimulus package is Wednesday, October 15th. The link below is an eight page explanation from the IRS. It includes a blank 1040A for you to use, as well as a sample completed 1040A (only a few lines need to be filled out to receive the stimulus payment). Note: A 1040 may also be filed, but this is a longer form.
