Big Jubilee Lunch
People will be encouraged to share lunch with their neighbors and friends. This may take the form of a traditional party, street gathering or picnic lunch. Dozens of famous faces have revealed what they will bring to their nearest Big Lunch. Chef Rick Stein, will offer guests portions of his fish pie. Actress Joanna Lumley, will be bring home-made Parmesan cheese wafers. News commentator, Wesley Kerr, said he will being chicken with rice and peas.
Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant:
Over 1,000 boats from around the world will form a flotilla and travel down the Thames. The lead boat will be the Royal Barge Gloriana. The Gloriana, cost one million pounds, covered in gold, leaf, is 94 feet long and powered by 18 oarsmen. The Queen and members of the Royal Family. News as to what vessel. they will aboard has not been announced. Many think the Queen and her security team may pick the vessel named the Spirit of Chartwell. The flotilla will be 7 miles long, viewing time would be ninety minutes to see beginning to end.

Diamond Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace:

Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Beacons:
Queen Elizabeth will light the first beacon. Following a chain the beacons will be lighted in communities throughout the united Kingdom, Channel Island, the Isle of Man and the British Commonwealth.

Service of Thanksgiving:
Church service at St. Paul’s Cathedral.
The Queen and the Royal Family, invited aristocracy and 300 guests will attend the Service of Thanksgiving. A new and special prayer for the Diamond Jubilee will be included in the service.
This will be followed two receptions:
The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will attend a short reception at Mansion House. Other members of the Royal Family will attend a reception to Guildhall.
The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will drive form Mansion House to Westminster Hall to attend a Diamond Jubilee lunch to be given for Queen by the Livery.
This reception will by followed by a carriage procession back to Buckingham Palace. The Queen, Duke of Edinburgh will appear on the famous balcony at Buckingham Palace for an RAF Flyover.
