Start the fall season off with great bargains, it is time for the ever popular $5.00 MCL Bag Book Sale. It will take place on September 29 (Saturday), from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM in Manchester City Library’s Winchell Room.
There are thousands of books available, in addition to some quantities of VHS tapes, DVDs, and musical odds and ends. A wide range of books are available at the sale, for all ages and interests. Large Print books are also available. You just don’t know what you will find. It does not cost anything to look.
Bring your own bags to fill up. You just pay $5.00 per average size grocery bag (cloth or paper) with sale materials, as you exit from the Winchell Room. Bags that are larger than the average grocery size bag will pay more, depending how much larger the bag is. No garbage or trash bags are allowed. All proceeds from the sale goes to programs and projects at Manchester City Library.
