The Manchester City Library is excited to host the New England Irish Harp Orchestra on Thursday March 7, 2024. The program will be held in the Auditorium at the Manchester City Library beginning at 6:30pm. Come join us for an exciting concert of Traditional Irish tunes!
The New England Irish Harp Orchestra (NEIHO) performs Traditional Irish dance tunes, slow airs, and songs. Members span a wide age range and come from New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The Orchestra has been performing for nineteen years throughout New England and Ireland. The Director, Regina Delaney, is a NH State Council on the Arts artist on the Traditional Arts and Arts in Health Care Roster. NEIHO is first and foremost a musical community, embracing the unique joy of music that comes from playing together. Their members ranging in from their 20s to their 80s, all share a common hope: to bring to listeners the same joy they feel through our music. NEIHO has been featured at the ICONS festival, the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library & Museum, the Balsams Wilderness luxury resort, and on New Hampshire Public Radio. Whether through their live performances or recordings, The New England Irish Harp Orchestra’s hope is to bring a little Erin magic into your lives.
