I downloaded both the app for my IPad and android phone but when I tried to register there are two entries one for library card number and one for a pin. If I leave the pin blank I get an error. The same if I enter my card number on both lines. Any suggestions?
Hi Mike,
I think that if you use your library card and then try entering the last 4 digits of your telephone number it will work. If it does not then please call the reference desk and we will work with you further!
