Join us this summer as we conduct our scientific experiments to see what gets gooey, and goes fizz, boom, or bang. We will be conducting a series of ‘Science Afternoons’ this summer, exploring lots of fun things in our “mad scientists lab” (ahem-the Winchell Room). Put on a lab coat as we create items that fizz and foam such as mini volcanoes. We will dig into the science of flight as we create different styles of paper airplanes and parachutes and then get ready to get messy as we make our own quicksand and slime. Lastly we will explore the science of rockets using simple household materials. For four Wednesday afternoons, we will put on our lab coats and goggles and do some simple experiments and other projects based on a weekly theme. We hope to see you in our lab this summer as we have loads of fun and explore the wacky and amazing world of science.

would like to register my son, but he’s 10. Seems like these are for younger kids. May still bring him, but what time on Wednesdays?
