In observance of Independence Day the Main Branch will be closed on Saturday, July 2nd and both library buildings will be closed on Monday July 4th. We will reopen at our normal times on Tuesday morning. Manchester’s Independence Day Celebration will take place on Sunday, July 3, 2016, at Arms Park in downtown Manchester on Commercial Street. Live entertainment, food vendors and fireworks at dusk. Here is a list of Independence Day activities going on across the state.
