The Manchester City Library and the Manchester West Branch Library will be closed on Tuesday, November 8th in observance of Election Day. If you need to locate information regarding voter registration or for questions about where to vote in Tuesday’s election here in Manchester please follow these links to the City of Manchester’s website.
