Got a question? Need help setting up an e-mail or Facebook account? Writing a resume? Having trouble downloading that eBook to your tablet? We can help! Stop by the information desk from 6 to 8 p.m., any night we’re open, for drop-in, one-on-one tech help. Bring your device and their cables if you can. Each night is a different focus.

Monday: Microsoft Office, digital photography, language learning and basic computer skills

Tuesday: genealogy research online, basic computer skills, eReaders and tablets, Macintosh and other iOS devices

Thursday: cloud computing, basic computer skills, hardware troubleshooting, eReaders and tablets

While the information staff is always happy to help you with whatever question you have, our subject experts may not always be available on a given night. To check availability, or to schedule an appointment if you can’t make it to a drop-in, call the information desk at 624-6550 x 3320.
