Grab your favorite teddy and come join us for the Manchester City Library’s annual Teddy Bear Picnic. We will gather in the Children’s Room, when everyone is ready we will parade through the library and then outside to the side lawn for a picnic. Beginning at noon, Mr. Vinny’s Lil’ Puppet Show will begin. So pack your picnic lunch, a blanket and join us on Tuesday, April 23rd at 11:30. Registration is not required.
