Patrons are able to place Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests from home or from one of our public computers at the library. All you need is an active Manchester City Library card!
To access our ILL system, click on “NHAIS Interlibrary Loan System” under ‘NH Links-MCL’ on the left side of our catalog page.
Once on the NHAIS page, login by clicking “Please Login” in the upper-right of the page. Select your library from the drop-down menu and enter your full library card number (no spaces) and your pin (default is the LAST four digits of your phone number).
Use the search bar to find materials by title, author or subject. You can also filter your results using the menus on the left of the results page.
Your search results will include format type. To place a request, click on the pointer finger next to the format type of your choice.
You will then be asked to verify you request and your information. Click “Submit” if everything is correct.
