Effective Tuesday, March 17, all Manchester library locations will be closed to the public. For now we have removed fines on all adult materials (fines on child and young adult materials were eliminated in 2018), and we ask patrons to please keep any borrowed library materials at home until the library re-opens. In addition, we have made online services available to the public. For the latest news on library services, visit our website, www.manchester.lib.nh.us.

What about items on hold?

Hi Denis,
From Wednesday March 18th through Friday March 20th, from 10-12, we will be placing MCL patron’s holds on the shelves inside the glass children’s room vestibule at the entrance of the children’s room on the Concord Street side of the library. You will be able to pick up your holds then. The library building will remain closed with no access to the building except the vestibule for your holds. After that the holds service is suspended until we reopen.
