Last night, I listened to Senators Maggie Hassan and Jeanne Shaheen field questions from New Hampshire citizens on COVID-19 issues during their virtual town hall. The bulk of the questions centered on stimulus payments as a result of the recently signed Cares Act. Where, how, when, what do I need to do, how much will I get?
