Summer Reads from Susanna and Tess

Spending time with family is fun, especially in the summertime. When I was younger, camping and hiking were some of my favorite summer activities that we did as an extended family. At nighttime, we would toast marshmallows and make s’mores around the camp fire. Before bed, my mom would read to my sisters and I, and my dad would try to scare us, by tapping on the side of the camper. The summer might not be the same this year as in previous years, but books will always be here, whether a physical book or an ebook.


Summer was one of my favorite times of the year as a kid. Once school was out, I spent the whole summer playing outside and at the town beach with my friends. However, if it rained, I was stuck inside, usually reading a book. While I’d much rather have been outside running around and playing, I learned to experience that by proxy through reading. As many of us are stuck at home this summer, consider taking an adventure through a book. Check out one of the following summer ebooks or put one of these summer books on hold for curbside pick-up:
