It’s not too late to apply for an absentee ballot: Until Monday, November 2nd, registered Manchester voters can fill out an absentee ballot application and mail, email, fax, or hand deliver it to:

One City Hall Plaza
Manchester, NH 03101
Stop by the library on Pine Street if you need help printing out the application.
You may return your completed ballot to the City Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm until November 2nd. Any questions about absentee voting can be directed to the City Clerk’s Office by calling 603-624-6455 or via email at [email protected]
Individuals can vote in-person at City Hall during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm until November 2nd.
