Oonagh Williams is a British born, award winning chef/instructor, with a Culinary Arts degree, trained in London and Switzerland. Though not gluten intolerant, her son is both gluten and lactose intolerant, and she cooks for friends who are. She has appeared regularly on WMUR-TV‘s Cooks Corner, and is committee chair for the Regional Technical Center Culinary Arts Department at Milford High School.
