
Do you follow a specialized diet? There are many types of diets out there now, such as gluten-Free, paleo, autoimmune protocol, keto, vegan, kosher. This May, marks for me, 10 years of living a gluten-Free lifestyle. It has not always been easy, but the health benefits are worth it. Years later, I took my gluten-Free lifestyle to the next level by going paleo. For those who do not know what the paleo diet entails: it is basically no grains, no dairy and no refined sugar.
