The Manchester City Library and the Manchester West Branch Library will be closed today due to a water leak. We will re-open when it has been fixed. Library staff are assisting with cleaning and moving books. We will be answering phones and there will be no fines applied today. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue.
