There will be a basic demonstration class showing how the Internet works on December 4th (Tuesday). The demonstration will take place in the Winchell Room of the Main Library, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
The demonstration will show people how to navigate the Internet, explain general terminology and basic workings of the Internet, how to search the Internet for information, create a web based e-mail account and general use of the library’s on-line catalog. If time permits at the end of the session, there will be a general question and answer period.
